Phased Array
An advanced version of manual Ultrasonics, Phased Array utilises multiple crystal elements in conjunction with a sophiscated ultrasonic flaw detection system that allows an image of the area being inspected to be viewed in real time.
The “data” from an inspection can be recorded and reviewed later.
Phased Array Bolt Inspection
Phased array data can be merged to produce 3-dimensional image of the component being tested.
